I haven’t used it enough because it made me feel sick and unwell. Maybe it’s too strong for me. I was used to taking Ubiquinol 100mg. I’ll give it a try later on

My wife have a heart murmur and I decided that Co Q10 is important for the heart because when we get older our body makes less of this enzyme. I have stopped buying herbal medicine from the U.S and chose this one. I can't tell you how it's doing but we will be taking it because our body don't make enough of it when we get older.
