After using other brands of curcumin with minimal relief of Inflammation pain from neuropathy and arthritis in my hands and feet, I tried Dr.Msrtin's and found greater relief and mobility in my hands..with less dosage. Lower blood pressure so I am off Blood Pressure meds. Much more effective than other brands. Highly recomend.
