This was a very interesting read for me...Is a very different way of eating than I'm used to...I was very intrigued and wanted to try it out ..To my suprise I am loving the change to my diet. I am on my third week of the reset and I feel wonderful...I seem to feel more clearer minded...I have a different energy...although I do not sleep well due to menopause...I weight train every day and try to do an hour speed walk...My body fat has greatly decreased and I've lost about 6 lbs. I loose same on my clean eating diet as well but this diet is so much more satisfying...I have enjoyed the process and will continue to eat this way after the reset but include small amounts of salads, veges, berries, oats and rice into my diet as well. I am thankful that I have learned this new way of eating and definately will continue to eat this way..
