Dr. Martin recently read an article that reviewed a study on nutrition coming out of Stanford. The headline said that half the world is starving while the other half is trying to lose weight. This statement would actually be comical if it weren’t so sad!
The study has concluded that nutrition is not about how much you eat, but instead about what you eat. Dr. Martin agrees with this as he’s always said it’s not about calories. It’s about the quality of the fuel you’re putting in your mouth.
