TRANSCRIPT OF TODAY'S EPISODE

Announcer:  You're listening to The Doctor Is In Podcast, brought to you by MartinClinic.com. During the episode, the doctors share a lot of information. As awesome as the info may be, it is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. It's strictly for informational purposes.

Dr. Martin:  Well, good morning, everyone. And once again, welcome to another live this morning. Nice to have you on with us. I mean that we enjoy you guys so much. Thanks for coming on.

Okay, let's get to a few studies here. I'm kind of laughing this morning. Okay. You know me. You know, everyone that loves salad. Okay?

Somebody said to me one time, why do you change your facial expressions for salad? Why do you not say salad, but you say salad? Cause for 10 of thousands of patients, I had to teach them that your body wasn't made to eat salad. It was made to eat steak. Let the cows eat the salad grass to make steak for you.

Okay? So that's why I was a women. They all we love. Oh, Dr. Martin, I love my saline.

Okay. I heard that a million times in my office. I love my saline. Well, I don't care if you love it. I'm just telling you, it's not near as good for you as a steak.

Okay. So let me read you the article. Where's this new parasite coming from? Let us sail in. Maybe behind the massive cyclosporiasis outbreak.

Here's how to protect yourself. Okay. This is in a health.com. I read it yesterday. I chuckled because I said, my audience is going to say, Dr. Martin, here he goes on salad again.

Okay. But hey, I didn't write the article. This new parasite, this outbreak, okay. I'm a parasite.

And by the way, okay. You guys know me. I never panic. You don't need to panic. Cause if you let public health officials run the world, they'll run it into the ground.

Okay. I was kind of laughing yesterday because you know, the smoke that's going around, like we're exporting it to the United States. Okay. Coming from some from Quebec, apparently, and a lot of it from Western Ontario out West. I mean, yesterday you could hardly breathe.

And I said, if there was any time, okay. This is me in my thinking. If there was any time that you wanted to wear a mask, okay. A virus, a mask does nothing. The invisible mask does.

That's your vitamin A. Okay. The invisible mask. When you eat eggs, meat and cheese, you get vitamin A. So you're wearing an invisible mask that covers your eyes, your nose.

Cause if you just touch your eyes with a virus, just touch them. Your mask ain't over your eyes. It's so stupid. But in bad air, well, it's not a bad idea if you wear a mask when there's a bunch of smoke. Okay.

That we've seen. Anyway, I'm kind of laughing because lettuce, the culprit in this outbreak, cause the parasite. Okay. The parasite. Cyclosporiasis.

Give it a big name. Medicine loves big names to confuse everyone. It's a parasite. Now, you know the way I always operate. There's always going to be parasites.

There's always going to be viruses. There's always going to be bacteria. Always. Okay. And like I said, don't let the World Health Organization and don't let public health officials take over.

Cause if they will, they close everything down. Okay. They would close everything down. They live for this stuff. And they love to get to the media and scare the living life out of people.

That's what they love doing. Okay. Anyway. But what I teach, cause there'll always be these things. Take care of yourself.

Heal thyself, physician. Okay. And you guys, your honorary doctorates of nutrition, my audience. Okay. Take care of yourself.

I don't worry too much about a parasite if my immune system's working well. Okay. And that's why, and add to the mix, oil of oregano, because a parasite's got no chance with oil of oregano and probiotics, broad spectrum.

Okay. You do that, get in the sun, vitamin D. It's not as cloudy here today. I mean, it's smokey. The sun's out. It's brighter. Yesterday was yellow.

Okay. But guys, I'm telling you, take care of yourself because there's always going to be these parasites. You've got a cat, you do? You got parasites. Okay.

Yeah. Don't fool yourself. You sleep with your dog, the dog's on your bed. You got parasites. What?

Yeah, you do. Okay. So don't fool yourself. I remember one time, I actually did this on a radio show, sleeping with your enemy. And I think, oh, you should have seen the pushback I got.

Okay. Because the cat's all over your bed and the dog, okay, your four-legged friends are all over your bed. And I said, you're sleeping with the enemy. And I didn't mean your dog or cat. I meant your parasites that those animals carry.

Okay. You let your dog lick your face. Like it may give off some endorphins and increase your dopamine and all that. You feel better. But they got parasites.

But you don't shoot the dog. You take care of yourself. Okay. Take care of yourself. Okay.

You should have seen the pushback I got when I did that show, sleeping with your enemy. When it comes to their pets, you better not talk about them. Okay. You can talk about anybody you want to talk about. You can talk about anybody you want to talk about.

Okay. So you're taking care of yourself. Okay. You're taking care of yourself. Okay.

You're taking care of them. Okay. You can talk about anybody else, but you can't talk about their pets or go against them. Okay. Anyway.

Okay. Salad. Okay. Be careful, but take care of yourself. And you don't need any salad.

Sun exposure again, vitamin D, new study, brand new, hot off the presence, higher UVB. Okay. The sun gives you UVB. It gives you UV. The best ray out of that is UVB.

The therapeutic ray of the sun. The sun hits your skin, especially your arms, your solar panels, your legs, and your arms unexposed. No sunscreen. Okay. Activates with cholesterol by the way, you need cholesterol to activate your vitamin D.

Okay. New study. Exposure to the sun is associated with lower all cause mortality from heart disease and cancer. The two big ones. The two big ones.

Guys, you know what I tell you all the time. Get your vitamin D levels checked. Find out where you are because 80, 90% of the population, first of all, they have no idea what their vitamin D levels are. They don't know the significance of it. Their doctors don't know the significance of it.

They don't know the sweet spot for vitamin D. You want the sweet spot. And we teach this in sun, steak, and steel for cancer and cardiovascular disease. You're two big killers. The sun.

And when you can't get the sun, you need to take vitamin D with K2. Okay. Now, all cause mortality. The more they study vitamin D. Remember, it's been over 40 years, almost 50, that I've been talking about the importance of vitamin D.

The sun. When everyone was using sunscreen, I was screaming like John the Baptist in the wilderness, will you quit using those chemicals. They're carcinogenic. And guess what? Even the FDA pulled, I don't know, 150 products off the shelves because they contain carcinogenics.

It only took them 50 years, but now they're back on the shelf. You think Johnson & Johnson and those other companies, you think they don't run the FDA? Sure they do. You know why? Because they're right back on the shelves and they jig their formulas a little bit.

Anywho. Anywho. Here's another study, okay? Because today is study day. Tomorrow is Q&A, but today is study day.

We look at studies. I'm trying to catch up. Okay? Not using catch up. I'm trying to catch up on studies that I haven't talked to you about yet.

People having heart attacks have, listen to this, people having heart attacks have more microplastics in their blood. 84%. Microplastics. What is my saying? You can run, but you can't hide.

Okay? Don't fool yourself again. The worst deception is self-deception. Don't look in the mirror and say, well, microplastics, they affect other people, not me. Oh no, they affect you.

They're everywhere. In the water, in the soil, in the air. Okay? You see smoke in the air. You saw that yesterday.

Maybe you're seeing it today. You see the smoke? We sent you a gift from Canada. You're welcome. Okay?

You can see it. You can smell it. But microplastics, man, invisible. Nanoparticles. But they're there nonetheless.

And you ain't, and I hate to use the word ain't, but you ain't getting away from it. So again, it's like viruses, bacteria, parasites, yeast. What do you do? Take care of yourself. Microplastics.

What do you do? Take care of yourself. Here's how you do it. Okay? Because I'm not going to tell you some bad news.

84% people having heart attacks have more microplastics in their blood than people that don't have heart attack. They got more. That's a scary statistic. However, what do you do? Like I said, you can run, but you can't hide from microplastics.

They're coming to a theater near you. They're going to affect you. But again, if you take care of yourself, you prevent microplastics from entering your system. How do you do it? You can't completely do it, but your body is a lean, mean fighting machine.

And the organ, especially, that takes care of microplastics found in your blood is your liver. Dr. Martenscheidt, I do a liver cleanse. Yep. I love liver cleansing.

Okay, what do I take? What do I take? Eggs, meat, and cheese. If you eat eggs, you eat meat, you eat dairy, good dairy, butter, cheese, cream. Okay?

When you eat that, you keep your liver empty. If you lay off the carbs and those crappy carbohydrates that turn into sugar rapidly, your liver is clean. If your liver is clean, your body produces in the liver glutathione. Glutathione is a master detoxer. It's a master antioxidant.

It is a master velcro. Your body makes it, but it only makes it if your liver is clean, if it's all gummed up, if it's the Costco parking lot full of glycogen. And there's no room in the liver, fatty liver. And guess what? That hits you in two ways.

Because we talked about this yesterday. When the liver is gummed up, it elevates your triglycerides. That's hard on your heart. And you can't detox properly because you're not producing enough glutathione, velcro. Kidneys have a huge effect on that too, of course.

And that's why I'm always talking about Niagara Falls. Two things about your kidneys. Two. One is insulin, glucose, sugar. Nothing destroys your kidneys more than sugar.

And dehydration because your kidneys, hey Rosalinda, hey Andrea, my followers from Niagara Falls, you guys know this. You're at Niagara Falls. Go there in the morning, 2 a.m. Water's flowing. Go at 6 a.m.

Water's flowing. Go at night, water's flowing. Go in the day, water's flowing. Not your kidneys. Water.

At least two liters, 64 ounces for my American friends. Wash, wash, wash, detox because your liver will do its job if it's empty. Okay? So one, liver clean, liver empty. It'll do the job.

It'll take the microplastics out of your blood. And here's another way. And you flush water, water, Niagara Falls over the kidneys. Three, probiotics. There's a reason.

I put the formula together of L-Ramnosis and L-Ruderi, especially, that detox the body not only from parasites, okay, but they do. Do you know L-Ruderi and L-Ramnosis go after parasites and fungi, yeast? And microplastics. You want a three-way fight to get rid of those microplastics because 84% heart attacks have more microplastics in their blood. Shocking, but true.

Okay? So you know what to do. Get in the sun, cardiovascular and cancer. Get in the sun. You know, for, oh, duh, damn right.

Boy, did I ever hear this a lot in practice. Duh, they're mad. What about melanoma? Skin cancer. Doesn't that come from the sun?

Nope. It comes from a lack of the sun. Now, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Yep, you can too much burning in the sun. No one's saying to burn.

You're not a lobster. Don't burn in the sun. But people die from a lack of sun. People, cancer flourishes when your vitamin D levels in your blood are not optimized. Fact.

Melanoma occurs in people who work indoors, and it usually shows up where the sun don't shine. I had a patient come in one time. They had melanoma of their butt. I said, do you ever get a burned butt? They looked at me like, what are you crazy or something?

Well, I said, were you sunbathing bare butt? They didn't know me yet. I was just teasing them. I said, don't worry about it. Because melanoma occurs in places where the sun don't shine.

That happens to be a fact. You won't hear it. They'll tell you to get out of the sun. But that's a fact with melanoma. And it's much more prevalent today.

And I've talked to you about this before, that they're over diagnosing it to some extent now. They want to scream, scream, scream, early, early, early detection. You know what? Sometimes they just overdo it, in my opinion. Now, I'm not telling you not to get cancer detected.

I'm not saying that. I just say they overdo it. Look at breast cancer. The statistics are frightening. They over scream for it.

And they're treating a lot of people that should never be treated. Rather, just watch and observe and turn their immune system on. Because one thing a tumor does, guys, a tumor is encapsulated. You start playing with that. I look at things differently, guys.

I look at things differently. That's who I am. I'm a skeptic. Like I'm not holding my breath for medicine to change anytime soon. I mean, they're just maybe in the fall, starting in some places in the U.S., Canada, we didn't get the memo.

They might start teaching nutrition in medical school. They might. I'd like to know who's going in there to teach. Nobody asks me. I'm not saying I'd go.

Okay. Let's see. How many more studies did I have? Oh, I had a lot more. I will get to them.

Yeah, we'll get to them. The gut and brain connection again. Another study on that. Interesting. Okay.

Well, we got more. Okay. We love you guys. And tomorrow's Q&A. Okay.

Tomorrow's Q&A. Not too late. Send your questions. Info at martinclinic.com. Okay.

Because tomorrow and maybe probably Monday, we're going to deal with those questions. And we love your questions. So don't be shy. Okay. Now, you got your books, unstaked and stale and sleep.

Guys, this should be a reference for you. I love books, guys. I love books. Because I mark them all up. I make notes.

Okay. I love books. The other thing is rebuild your temple. Have you got that one? Our newest one.

Rebuild your temple. The connection. The 30-day reset. You all know about my reset. And 30-day's spiritual reset.

Because you are made up of body and what? Soul. You got both. Okay. Love you guys dearly.

I enjoy our time today. Okay. Sometimes I get a little silly. It's me. Okay.

Love you guys. Oh, by the way, overnight, lastly, overnight, on our private Facebook group, the Martin Clinic Private Facebook Group, you know what we hit? We hit over 95,000 followers overnight. 95,000. It's incredible, guys.

That's you guys. What would we do without you? Well, we wouldn't be here. Nobody would listen to me. Talk to you soon.
