Four Big Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance
Hormonal symptoms differ from woman to woman and since the human body is completly run by hormones…
Every system in the body can be affected and cause symptoms. And this is why every woman with hormonal problems may present to my clinic with different symptoms.
Symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, acne, PMS, decreased sex drive, bloating, dry skin, losing hair, infertility, sensitivity to cold, frequent urination, nausea, PCOS etc…
But…
After analyzing tens of thousands of women with hormonal problems, I have discovered that there are four common symptoms that indicate a deeper hormonal issue.
The Four Hormonal Symptoms That Indicate A Deeper, More Complicated Problem...
1. Regardless weight gain
One of the best indicators of messed up hormones is weight gain.
I use the term ‘regardless’ weight gain because women with bad hormones tend to gain weight regardless of what they do.
If you are gaining weight no matter how you're eating or exercising, that's a good sign that your hormones are messed up.
2. Low Energy
Lower energy is also a good indicator. When your hormones are messed up, you’re tired. You simply don’t have the same energy that you used to have or you're tired all the time.
Fatigue is a big indicator.
3. Disrupted Sleep
If your hormones are off, it’s almost impossible to sleep well. Either you have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep or both. Many women with hormonal problems complain of going to bed tired and waking up tired.
4. Mental Mishaps
Women with hormonal issues, especially ones that have been around for a while have some kind of brain fog. They may not know how to describe what their experiencing with their brain, but something isn’t right. They may be more forgetful or they don’t seem as sharp.
If you have these symptoms then your hormonal problem isn’t simply due to a single hormone that is “out of whack”. It’s much more complicated than that and it’s a deeper problem.
This is why many women don’t feel any better when they go on meds, even though their doctor is constantly adjusting the levels.
Let me ask you this?
How many times does a doctor have to adjust medication levels before they realize something else is going on?
Another big source of frustration for women is when they visit their doctor and are told that everything is normal, even though they have ‘every’ hormonal symptom in the book.
How can a test be normal if you don’t feel normal?
Modern medicine has forgotten that hormones don’t act independently of others.
For example…
What may start off as a thyroid issue can quickly involve your adrenal and ovaries.
The reality is…
The thyroid rarely acts alone.
The adrenals rarely act alone.
The ovaries rarely act alone.
If one of them stops working, the others are affected.
This is why many women with hormonal issues have symptoms from all three (Thyroid, Adrenals, Ovaries).
This is a BIG reason why it can be extremely frustrating to get help or answers.
"It’s also nearly impossible to find a good natural product that has been properly formulated in the right dosage to help with hormones."
Almost every supplement company never has to see their customers. If their products don’t work, it’s no big deal.
We’re different. We have a real clinic and we see real patients.
I’m Dr. Anthony Martin, and as you may know, I’m a Doctor of Natural Medicine and I’ve specialized in functional health care dealing with hormonal and thyroid imbalances for over 40 years.
If I recommend something and it doesn’t work… It can make for some uncomfortable follow up visits.
I couldn’t find any natural products that had the formula and dosage that I was looking for…
So I had my own made.
They’re made with the best ingredients, formulated by us and are the exact ones I use in my clinic.
Today I’m humbled, that a small Northern Ontario clinic, founded in 1911, has been able to help so many people from all around this amazing world.
