THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF POSSIBLE HORMONAL SYMPTOMS - BUT HERE ARE FOUR COMMON ONES THAT NEED SPECIAL ATTENTION.
WHY BLOOD TESTS AND MEDS HAVE FAILED TO FAILED HELP.
Since every system in your body is controlled and influenced by hormones…
It only makes sense that anyone with unbalanced or messed up hormones will have different symptoms.
Some may have hot flashes and night sweats, others may get headaches and bloating.
Some will start losing their hair while others may start growing facial hair.
Some may get acne and dry skin, others may get eczema or rashes.
But…
After analyzing tens of thousands of women with hormonal problems, I have discovered there are four specific symptoms that need special attention.
These four symptoms indicate that there’s a metabolic storm deep inside them that’s causing all their symptoms.
FOUR SYMPTOMS OF A DEEPER HORMONAL PROBLEM
1. 'Regardless' weight gain
One of the best and most consistent indicators of messed up hormones is weight gain.
I use the term ‘regardless’ weight gain because women with bad hormones tend to gain weight regardless of what they do.
If you are gaining weight no matter how you're eating or exercising, that's a good sign that your hormones are messed up.
Women with a deeper hormonal problem going on consistently tell me that they gain weight just by looking at food.
2. Low Energy
Low energy is another great indicator that there’s a deeper problem going on. When your hormones are messed up, you’re tired. You simply don’t have the same energy that you used to have or you're tired all the time.
Fatigue is a big indicator.
3. Disrupted Sleep
If your hormones are off, it’s almost impossible to sleep well. Either you have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep or both. Many women with hormonal problems complain of going to bed tired and waking up tired.
4. Mental Mishaps
Women with hormonal issues, especially ones that have been around for a while have some kind of brain fog. They may not know how to describe what their experiencing with their brain, but something isn’t right. They may be more forgetful or they don’t seem as sharp.
If you have any of these symptoms then your hormonal problem most likely isn’t due to a single hormone that is “out of whack”.
It’s much more complicated than that.
This is why many women don’t feel any better when they go on meds, even though their doctor is constantly adjusting the levels.
How many times does a doctor have to adjust medication levels before they realize something else is going on.
Another big source of frustration for women is when they visit their doctor and are told that everything is normal, even though they have ‘every’ hormonal symptom in the book.
How can a test be normal if you don’t feel normal?
Modern medicine has forgotten that hormones don’t act independently of others.
For example…
What may start off as a thyroid issue can quickly involve your adrenal and ovaries.
The reality is…
The thyroid rarely acts alone.
The adrenals rarely act alone.
The ovaries rarely act alone.
If one of them stops working, the others are affected.
This is why many women with hormonal issues have symptoms from all three (Thyroid, Adrenals, Ovaries).
This is a BIG reason why it can be extremely frustrating to get help or answers.
As a Doctor of Natural Medicine for nearly a half century, and the proud owner of a family run clinic that’s been open for over 100 years, I’ve seen it all.
But the thing I see the most in my clinic are middle-aged women who are robbed of energy and sluggish all day, everyday.
➡️Women who can’t get proper sleep and never wake up feeling fully rested.
➡️Women who are struggling to think clearly and are lacking their normal drive, determination and focus….
➡️Women who complain of an off balance internal thermostat that keeps them freezing one minute and sweating the next.
➡️Women who are being held back from having a normal, functioning life.
➡️Women who are extremely frustrated because their doctors either don’t believe them or they’ve run ‘every’ test and they all come back ‘fine’.
If that sounds familiar...
I have written a guide for women who are frustrated with their hormones and can’t seem to get the help they need.
