DHA + Curcumin = Epic Brain Protection.

I want to talk to you today about the dynamic duo that exists between curcumin and DHA.
Both of those products, like a DHA and a curcumin by themselves, are awesome and they're so good for you, they help in so many different ways; however, there seems to be something that happens when you take both a curcumin and a DHA, and the research, which I'll show you, is very exciting.
A lot of people are taking DHA for their brain. The brain is primarily made up of fat and DHA is the preferred source of fuel for that fat in your brain. Your brain loves DHA and here are a couple studies, again, showing that DHA has been shown to improve memory and cognition function.
Very, very good for also age-related dementia. Here's another study showing the effect that it has ... This was a heart study was interesting, and what they found was that the plasma levels of DHA, so the higher the DHA levels were in your blood, it had a significant reduction in the risk of developing all cause dementia, in this heart study they found that. Very interesting.
And then again, another study showing that DHA is very, very good for maintaining your brain size. Now, one of the problems is when you age, your brain shrinks naturally and one of the things ... that is one of the causes of Alzheimer's and dementia, but DHA's been shown to kind of maintain your brain size as much as possible. So very, very good for you.
And then of course, a lot of people take curcumin because of the effect it has on the brain. Here's a study showing, again, the effect it has on Alzheimer's disease. Here's another one showing that curcumin may be one of the best or the most promising compounds for the development of Alzheimer's disease therapies. Again, another study showing the effect here that it has on same thing, cognition, reducing anxiety and depression, we can go on and on, the effect it has on major depressive disorders.
There is a really awesome effect that curcumin has on the brain.
However, what I want to point out is this, research is showing that when you combine curcumin with DHA, it's a dynamic duo.
Here's a study showing that curcumin will boost the DHA in the brain, it ... very, very effective at boosting that. Here's another one showing that DHA ... curcumin will help target DHA better in the brain and vice versa as well, so it's a very powerful combination. So, if you're taking DHA and you want to be able to boost the effect it has on your brain
... By itself it's doing a lot of great things for your brain but again, research is showing that if you want to even boost that effect, if you want to add a little bit of like nitrous oxide like they do in racing cars where they push a button and it just delivers more fuel, then it seems that that's what's happening with curcumin, which is why we really like to recommend now for someone who's taking DHA that they add curcumin as well and vice versa.
